We will be running a four-week introductory course at our club at the Deli Studios in the city. We will be covering some of the fundamentals of the art which should give you an overview of AIkido.
The course will start on 19th March and will cost £40. To get a meaningful understanding of the art it is worth committing to all four weeks and will run from 6pm-8pm every Tuesday.
There is no need to buy anything special. Just come along with some loose clothing. There will be other students around who can answer your questions on the day.
